Ingredients
- Duck wings 8 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- White Part of Leek 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the chicken wings at the joints into three parts. The thinnest part will not be used.
Step 2
Cut the bone at both sides of the joints and pull off the skin along with the meat.
Step 3
Marinate the prepared pieces in soy sauce with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cut the bell pepper, celery, and carrot into thin strips.
Step 5
Stuff the wings with the prepared vegetables.
Step 6
Place in the oven at 300°F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
