Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks

  • Onion 0 oz
  • Chicken Drumstick 3 pieces
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • 10% cream 0 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Chicken Liver 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Edam Cheese 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • White bread 0 oz
  • Chicken hearts 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the chicken drumsticks and carefully remove the meat while keeping the skin intact. Leave the cartilage at the base of the drumstick.

Step 2

Pass the meat from the drumsticks through a meat grinder. Add pre-fried onion, finely chopped garlic, and the crumb of white bread to the minced meat. Mix well. Incorporate the cream and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly whip the resulting mixture.

Step 3

Clean the liver from veins and membranes. Quickly fry it whole in a pan. Cool and cut into small cubes.

Step 4

Wash the hearts. Fry them over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Cool and cut into small cubes.

Step 5

Cut the cheese into medium cubes.

Step 6

Add the hearts, liver, and cheese to the prepared minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix gently.

Step 7

Stuff the chicken drumsticks with the prepared filling. Secure the seam with a wooden skewer or sew it up.

Step 8

Fry the stuffed drumsticks in a hot pan on both sides for 5 minutes each.

Step 9

Place on a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180–390°F.
