Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Chicken Liver 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Potato 1 piece
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken liver and cut it into pieces.
Step 2
Peel and chop the onion.
Step 3
Cut the tomato into wedges.
Step 4
Sauté the onion with butter in a pan for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the liver and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, then let it cool.
Step 7
Blend the sautéed liver with the onion in a blender.
Step 8
Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise without cutting all the way through and open them flat.
Step 9
Gently pound them, covering with plastic wrap.
Step 10
Season the flattened breasts with salt, pepper, and spread mayonnaise on them.
Step 11
Let them marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 12
Place a little of the liver mixture in the center of each breast and roll them up.
Step 13
Tie with kitchen twine.
Step 14
Wrap the rolls in foil, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 20–25 minutes in an oven preheated to 390°F.
