- Dill 1 bunch
- Cream 22% 5 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
- Carp 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the processed cheese, mix it with boiled shrimp, garlic, and dill. Pour in the cream and mix well.
Step 2
Clean the carp from scales, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Cut the carp in half and stuff it with the cheese filling. Wrap it in foil and place it in the oven at 465°F for half an hour.
Step 4
Remove the carp, slightly cut the foil, and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 5
Bake for another 15 minutes.
