Stuffed Bell Peppers with Chicken Mince, Vegetables, and Herbs
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 6 pieces
- Pork Mince 0 lbs
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Scallions ½ bunch
- Dill ½ bunch
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Natural Yogurt 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and inner parts, cut off the stems, and divide them into halves.
Step 2
Finely chop the tomatoes, onions, and dill, mix with the mince. Season with salt and pepper, add yogurt, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Place the pepper halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Generously fill each half with the mince. Place in a preheated oven at 180-200°C (350-400°F) for 30-40 minutes.
Step 5
10 minutes before the cooking time is up, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
