Ingredients
- Striploin steak 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Chili Flakes to taste
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- Dry adjika to taste
- Mixed salad greens to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Let the steak rest at room temperature.
Step 2
Heat both types of oil in a grill pan.
Step 3
Place the steak on its edge in the pan and sear over high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Lay the steak on one side and sear for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Rotate the steak in the pan to create grill marks. Sear for another 1–2 minutes. Then reduce the heat.
Step 6
Flip and sear for 1–2 minutes.
Step 7
Rotate the steak in the pan again to create grill marks. Sear for another 2–4 minutes.
Step 8
Transfer the steak to a plate garnished with salad greens.
Step 9
Season with chili flakes and dry adjika.
Step 10
Add pink salt and serve.
