Ingredients
- Striploin steak 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
- Microgreens to taste
- Chili jam to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Place the steak in the skillet. Sear on high heat.
Step 3
After 2–3 minutes, flip the steak.
Step 4
After 2 minutes, flip to the third side.
Step 5
After another 2 minutes, flip again. Sear for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Place the steak on foil. Top with butter and season with spices.
Step 7
Close the foil and let the steak rest for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Warm the plate in the microwave for a few seconds.
Step 9
Place the steak on the plate and add chili sauce.
Step 10
Add coarse salt and microgreens. Ready.
