Ingredients
- Snap Peas 5 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 0 oz
- Kecap Manis Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Peanut Butter 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the peanut oil in a wok and sauté the finely chopped garlic for about a minute, making sure it doesn't burn.
Step 2
Add the whole sugar snap peas (it's better to use almost flat Kenyan peas for this dish rather than seasonal thick ones) and the sliced red pepper.
Step 3
Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add the kecap manis and mix well.
Step 5
Serve as a side dish with meat or poultry, or as a vegetable stir-fry with rice.
