Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger ½ spoons
- Soy Sauce 2 spoons
- Rice 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Sesame bun to taste
- Curry to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour oil into the wok and heat it up. Add the chicken fillet and sauté for about 20 seconds, turning it to ensure it whitens on all sides.
Step 2
Next, add the chopped onion and sauté, turning it with the chicken for another 30-40 seconds.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped garlic and ginger, and sauté for 7-10 seconds.
Step 4
Move the ingredients to one side of the skillet and sauté the curry and other spices in the empty oil for 10 seconds.
Step 5
Add the pre-cooked rice and sauté for 10 seconds.
Step 6
Push everything to the side in the skillet, crack 2 eggs into the empty space, and scramble them until they set in pieces, then mix them into the rest of the stir-fry.
Step 7
Add soy sauce and sesame seeds, turn off the heat, and let it sit.
