  • Beef 5 oz
  • Rice Noodles 0 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
  • Ginger to taste
  • Chili Flakes to taste
  • Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Shallot 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the meat (you can also use chicken or pork) into thin slices. Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat it until it starts to smoke. Add the meat and fry on high heat for just a few minutes (if the pieces are really thin, this will be enough).

Step 2

Transfer the meat to a plate. In the skillet, add the vegetables, starting with the carrot, then the shallots, and finally the bell pepper. Add the wine to deglaze the skillet (you can use wine or apple vinegar, which will add a tangy flavor).

Step 3

Return the meat to the skillet. Add garlic, ginger, chili, black pepper, and salt (be careful with the salt, as soy sauce is already salty).

Step 4

Add the buckwheat noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil (sesame oil is used as a seasoning). Mix everything together and evaporate the excess liquid.
