Description

- Pumpkin 10 oz
- Ricotta cheese 0 oz
- Pumpkin seed oil 0 oz
- Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Date Syrup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into wedges. Peel it. Cut into small, even cubes.
Step 2
Pour sunflower oil into a pan and add the pumpkin. Add water. Stew the pumpkin for 10 minutes under a lid over medium heat. Then add salt, grated nutmeg to taste, stir, and stew for another 5 minutes without a lid.
Step 3
Transfer the pumpkin to a bowl. Then crumble the ricotta. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with date syrup and serve.
