Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Boneless pork shoulder 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Safflower Oil 5 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Water 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the meat well under running water, pat it dry, cut it into medium-sized cubes, and place it in the skillet. Pour 75 ml of sunflower oil over the meat and fry it uncovered over medium heat.
Step 3
Peel the onion and carrot, wash them well, cut them into large strips or cubes, and add them to the skillet with the slightly browned meat.
Step 4
Add salt to taste to the meat with onion and carrot in the skillet.
Step 5
Fry the meat in the skillet without a lid with the onion and carrot until golden brown.
Step 6
Peel the potatoes, wash them well under running water, pat them dry, cut them into large strips or cubes, and add them to the skillet on top of the meat.
Step 7
Peel the garlic, wash it well under running water, slice it or cut it into strips, and add it to the skillet with the potatoes.
Step 8
Add salt to the potatoes to taste.
Step 9
Gently mix the potatoes with the meat and pour 1 cup of water into the skillet.
Step 10
Add 3 bay leaves to the skillet with the potatoes and meat. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally, for about 40–50 minutes over low heat.

Serve the potatoes hot.
