Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Courgette 10 oz
- Eggplants 5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Scallions 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Dill ½ bunch
- Cilantro ½ g
- Salt to taste
- Carrot 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef, eggplant, and zucchini into small pieces, and slice the peeled onion into rings. Cut the carrot into thin half-rings. Julienne the peeled bell pepper.
Step 2
In a skillet with vegetable oil, place the pieces of meat and fry them until golden brown.
Step 3
Then add the prepared vegetables and tomato paste to the meat. Cover the skillet with a lid.
Step 4
After 20 minutes, add the minced garlic, salt, and herbs to the dish. Keep it on low heat for another 5 minutes, and the stewed meat with vegetables is ready.
