Ingredients

  • White Cabbage 20 oz
  • Courgette 20 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 10 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Carrot 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Bay leaf to taste
  • Dried Dill Stems to taste
  • Passata Tomato Sauce to taste
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sauté the onion rings and grated carrot in a deep skillet with olive oil.

Step 2

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of tomato paste in 1 cup of boiling water, then pour it into the skillet.

Step 3

Chop the cabbage into cubes, cover with a lid, and stew together with the onion and carrot on low heat for about 40 minutes.

Step 4

Chop 2 medium bell peppers and stew for another 30 minutes with the cabbage.

Step 5

Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, cut into cubes, and add to the skillet with the other vegetables for about 30 minutes.

Step 6

Stir occasionally at each stage.

Step 7

Add bay leaf and dill (or other spices) to taste.

Step 8

Let it sit for 15 minutes.
