  • Duck Fat 1½ tablespoons
  • Chili Flakes to taste
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
  • Worcestershire Sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Chili jam 1½ tablespoons
  • Toasted Sesame 1½ tablespoons
