Description

Stew with Potatoes in a Cauldron

Ingredients

  • Pork Blood 20 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Onion 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in the cauldron.

Step 2

Cut the meat into medium pieces. Place in the cauldron and fry until a nice, golden crust forms.

Step 3

Then add the onion, sliced into rings or half-rings, and continue to fry. Keep the heat low.

Step 4

As soon as the onion starts to darken and becomes soft, add the potatoes, cut into large pieces.

Step 5

Fry the potatoes.

Step 6

Add water to the cauldron. Ideally, the water should just cover the potatoes.

Step 7

Cover the cauldron with a lid for 15 minutes. You can leave it uncovered, but all the flavors will evaporate.

Step 8

Remove from heat. The dish is ready.
