  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Bouillon cube 1 piece
  • Paprika ½ teaspoon
  • Parsley 1 stem
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
  • Safflower Oil 10 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the sunflower oil in a deep skillet to 355°F. Fry the sliced potatoes in batches until they are golden brown and place the cooked portions on a paper towel.

Step 2

Place the potatoes in a pot. Crush the garlic with a pinch of salt, parsley, and paprika in a mortar. Add 2 tablespoons of water, mix everything, and add it to the pot with the potatoes. Pour in 1.2 liters of water, crumble the bouillon cube, and add the wine. Season with salt.

Step 3

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately in a warmed serving dish.
