Steamed Turkey Soufflé
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the meat from tendons and fat. Boil until cooked (about 40 minutes). Cool down.
Step 2
Pass through a meat grinder 3 times.
Step 3
Add salt to the ground meat.
Step 4
Mix with olive oil.
Step 5
Make a béchamel sauce according to the classic recipe.
Step 6
Separate the yolk from the egg and add it to the meat.
Step 7
Then add the béchamel sauce and mix well.
Step 8
Whip the egg white into a fluffy foam and add it to the meat mixture. Gently mix until homogeneous.
Step 9
Transfer to a mold.
Step 10
Place the steamer on the heat. Once the water boils, put the mold in the steamer for 20 minutes.
Step 11
Before serving, brush with butter.
