Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Parsley 5 oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Chinese green beans 15 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the turkey breast meat into a homogeneous mince in a blender or meat grinder along with the onion. Add a lot of finely chopped parsley and salt.

Step 2

Thoroughly mix the mince and form patties with wet hands. Place them in the steamer, leaving some space between the patties.

Step 3

Select the required cooking time. For medium-sized patties, 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side) will be enough for them to be ready.

Step 4

In a second container, add the green beans. Cook the beans for about 10 minutes.

Step 5

The finished patties should lose their pink hue, including inside.

Step 6

Serve with the green beans. The beans will be unsalted, so you can lightly drizzle them with soy sauce when serving.
