  • Spinach 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, boil the chicken fillet until cooked. Then shred it by hand into fibers.

Step 2

Now, prepare the pumpkin. To easily remove the tough skin, place the pumpkin in a preheated oven and lightly bake it. This way, the skin will come off almost effortlessly. Grate the pumpkin flesh.

Grate the onion as well.

Add the chicken meat.

Thaw the spinach in a hot skillet without oil and mix it with the minced meat.

Crack two eggs into the mixture and add a bit of cream. Season with spices and salt.

Now, form balls, slightly pressing them down. Place them in a steamer and cook for about 40 minutes (the time may vary depending on your steamer model).
