  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Garlic 1 clove

Step 1

Soak the bread (stale is fine) in milk and let it soften, then mash with a fork or blend until smooth.

Step 2

Grate the carrot, onion, and garlic on a fine grater.

Step 3
