Ingredients
- Bacon 5 oz
- Poultry 0 lbs
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Watermelon 1 piece
- Dry White Wine 2 tablespoons
- Nuts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken in salted water and remove the skin.
Step 2
Cut the melon in half and peel it. Scoop out the melon flesh and puree it in a blender with salt and pepper. Drain excess juice and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Step 3
Place the chicken inside the melon, drizzle with wine, sprinkle with finely chopped bacon, cover with the other half, and place in a steamer for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
Serve the chicken with melon puree and nuts.
