Step 1
Cook a thick rice porridge.
Step 2
Pass the chicken meat through a meat grinder two or three times along with half of the porridge, mix well with wet hands, divide into 2 parts, and shape each into a pancake.
Step 3
Place the remaining rice porridge mixed with chopped egg white in the center, fold the edges together, wrap it like a pie, and steam until cooked. Serve with butter.
