Step 1
Season the meat with salt to taste and place it in the steamer tray.
Step 2
Pour the cream over the meat and season with salt again.
Step 3
Steam for 20–25 minutes. Transfer the cooked meat to a warmed serving dish and drizzle with the sauce that formed during cooking.
