Ingredients
- Steaks 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salted Butter 8 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 tablespoons
- Scallions 2 bunches
- Shallot 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Generously rub the steaks with salt and pepper. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, mix the softened butter and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and set aside.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the steaks on each side for about 8 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked steaks to a plate and let them rest for about 5 minutes. Serve drizzled with the herb butter sauce. Enjoy your meal!
