Ingredients
- Tarragon 1 tablespoon
- Basil 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Rose Hips 1 tablespoon
- Thyme 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 10 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Beef Tri-Tip 25 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the herbs on a cutting board and chop finely. Transfer to a small bowl and add 180 ml of oil.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, mix, cover, and let sit for at least 1 hour. Rub the steak with salt, pepper, and the remaining olive oil.
Step 3
Preheat the grill or grill pan. Sear the meat on both sides. Cook to your desired doneness. Transfer the cooked meat to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the steak against the grain and drizzle with the herb sauce. Enjoy your meal!
