Ingredients
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Marbled Beef 25 oz
- Spanish onions 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Open the package with the meat, pat the meat dry with a paper towel, and let it breathe for 15 minutes; peel the avocado, cut it into strips lengthwise, slice the onion into thin feathers, crush, peel, and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Mix 30 ml of vegetable oil with garlic and paprika, brush the meat with the marinade on all sides, and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Finely chop the horseradish, mix it with sour cream, and lightly salt.
Step 4
Sear the steak in a hot skillet without oil for 1.5 minutes on each side; while flipping the meat, press it against the skillet for even cooking; sear the sides of the steak by pressing it against the edge of the skillet; transfer the meat to a baking sheet and send it to a preheated oven at 355°F for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes; spread the tortillas with the sour cream and horseradish mixture, and slice the meat into thin strips.
Step 6
Place the meat, avocado, arugula, and onion on the tortilla.
Step 7
Wrap the tortilla and serve with the remaining sauce.
