Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Steaks 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat both oils and add half of the diced meat.
Step 2
Season the meat with salt and pepper and sauté for three minutes. Transfer the meat to a plate and repeat with the second portion.
Step 3
Add the diced potatoes to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Spread the potatoes in a single layer with a spatula, reduce the heat to medium, and cook, stirring, until they start to turn golden, about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the diced onion to the potatoes and mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are soft inside. Add the meat, mix, create 4 indentations, crack an egg into each, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cover with a lid and cook until the egg whites are set.
