Ingredients
- Ground meat 0 lbs
- Onion 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Morels 20 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ground meat as for meatballs. Sauté the mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, add salt, and mix. Boil the eggs, chop them finely, add pepper, and mix with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Form small round patties (10 cm in diameter) from the ground meat. Place them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Top with a layer of sautéed onions and mushrooms. Then add a layer of eggs mixed with mayonnaise. On top of the egg layer, place the grated potatoes in the shape of a stack. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with mayonnaise in a lattice pattern.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30–35 minutes.
