After the time has passed, take the dough out of the refrigerator, generously grease your hands with vegetable oil (any kind, but odorless). Tear off pieces of dough and stretch them in the air, turning them into thin pancakes.
Step 3
Fry on a dry, well-heated skillet: place the pancake, add a few spoonfuls of filling on top, and immediately fold it into an envelope. Fry on both sides.
