Ingredients
- Lemon ½ piece
- Squid 0 lbs
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
- Curry a pinch
- Saffron a pinch
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Peppermint leaves 3 stems
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Malt Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the salad and mint. Remove the leaves from the mint. Place the greens in a salad bowl, drizzle with a mixture of olive oil and vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Wash the squid, cut into rings, and transfer to a deep bowl. Add a pinch of all the spices, squeeze lemon juice over it, and mix.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the squid, turning occasionally, over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the squid to another dish and lightly salt.
Step 5
Arrange the sautéed squid and the green salad on serving plates.
