Ingredients

  • Squid 20 oz
  • Sesame bun 3 tablespoons
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 4 pieces
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Tomatoes 6 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet.

Step 2

Slice the onion into half-rings.

Step 3

Slice the bell pepper into half-rings.

Step 4

Sauté the onion until golden brown.

Step 5

Peel and chop the tomatoes. If using canned tomatoes, blend them. Add the blended garlic, tomatoes, and vinegar to the onion and pepper. You can add half a cup of tomato juice. Bring to a boil, stirring.

Step 6

Clean the squid, cut into rings, season with salt and pepper. In a separate pan, heat the oil and fry the squid for 1-2 minutes until they turn white.

Step 7

Combine the squid with the sauce, add sesame and spices to taste, and simmer for 10 minutes.
