- Squid 5 oz
- Walnuts 15 oz
- Uchiko Suneli 0 oz
- Ground coriander 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 20 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend together the walnuts, garlic, onion, and broth. Add spices to taste.
Step 2
Rinse the squid bodies under cold water, remove the membrane and any excess, then cut into large pieces.
Step 3
Grill the squid on a barbecue, grill, or skillet. It's important to cook it for a short time to prevent it from becoming dry. About 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the finished squid with satsivi sauce. Before serving, add a few drops of nut oil and garnish with cilantro leaves.
