Ingredients
- Squid 30 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Nut crumb 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cleaned and rinsed squid should be cut along the mantle into two parts.
Step 2
Each part should be pounded, make small cross cuts across the surface, sprinkle with pepper and salt, brush with beaten egg, and coat in bread crumbs.
Step 3
Fry in vegetable oil for 5–7 minutes until a golden crust forms.
