Ingredients
- Squid 30 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sourdough Bread 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the squid, wash it, and cut it into several pieces.
Step 2
Chop the onion and sauté it in oil.
Step 3
Pass the squid pieces, sautéed onion, garlic, and soaked wheat bread through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Add the egg, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
Step 5
Mix the mass thoroughly, form cutlets, coat them in breadcrumbs, place them in a preheated skillet, and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
