- Squid 35 oz
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons

Step 1
Prepare the batter from 2 eggs, flour, and water, adding salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Place the frozen squid in a bowl, pour boiling water over them, and remove the skin and innards. Cut the squid into two parts.
Step 3
Tenderize with a mallet.
Step 4
Dip in the batter and fry. Place on a plate.
Step 5
When the squid cools, roll it up, season with herbs, and serve.
