- Chicken Egg ¼ piece
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Lemon 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean and gut the fish, rinse, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Beat the egg, combine it with the milk, and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Dredge the fish in flour, dip it in the egg and milk mixture, then coat it in crushed breadcrumbs and fry in butter on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4
Serve the spotted fish on a plate with lemon slices and garnish with parsley sprigs.
