Ingredients

  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Veal Tenderloin 10 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the piece of beef tenderloin, trim off the tendons, shape it with a knife (but do not pound it), season with salt, sprinkle with pepper, place it on a metal spit, and roast over hot coals (without flames) for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

While roasting, brush the fillet with butter and turn the spit to ensure even cooking.

Step 3

When serving, remove the cooked fillet from the spit, place it on a platter, and garnish with tomatoes, onions, and lemon.
