Wash and chop the sorted spinach, then boil it in salted water; after that, drain the boiled spinach in a sieve or colander and let the water drain. Next, transfer the spinach to a skillet with heated oil, lightly sauté it, flatten it in the skillet, pour in the eggs beaten with milk, and bake in the oven.
Step 2
When serving, sprinkle with parsley or dill on top.
