Spicy Top Blade Steaks
Ingredients
- Top Blade Steak 2 pieces
- Barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 0 fl oz
- Ground coriander to taste
- Cardamom to taste
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Tuscany Salad Mix 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 3 pieces
- Adyghe cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Coat the steaks with curry sauce.
Step 3
Spread Dijon mustard on the steaks.
Step 4
Mix coriander, ginger, cardamom, and red pepper.
Step 5
Sprinkle the steaks with spices and salt.
Step 6
Wrap the steaks in foil.
Step 7
Place the wrapped steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 8
Put the steaks in a preheated oven at 355°F for 1 hour.
Step 9
Remove from the oven, unwrap the foil, and place the steaks on the parchment.
Step 10
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with herbs and cherry tomatoes before serving.
