  • Soba Noodles 10 oz
  • Tofu 6 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
  • Fresh Mushrooms 6 pieces
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Snap Peas ¼ glasses
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Chili jam 10 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Step 2

Heat a wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it begins to smoke, then add vegetable oil. Add the tofu pieces and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. Next, add the sliced vegetables and mushrooms, and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Pour in the chili sauce and bring to a boil.

Step 3

Divide the noodles between two plates and top them with the vegetables.
