Ingredients
- Spaghetti 15 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Chili Pepper 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in salted water. While they are cooking, slice the garlic thinly and sauté it in olive oil until it turns a nice golden color. The oil should not burn or change color. This is important.
Step 2
Finely chop the parsley and chili pepper and add them to the oil with the garlic.
Step 3
Drain the spaghetti in a colander, place it in a preheated pot, and mix it with the flavored oil.
