  • Jasmine Rice 5 oz
  • Zucchini 1 piece
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Cilantro 2 bunches
  • Soy Sauce to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chili Peppers 2 pieces
  • Ground Paprika to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the rice and cover it with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cook on low heat with the lid on.

Step 2

Chop the onion, garlic, cilantro, and chili peppers with seeds.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and chili peppers.

Step 4

Dice the zucchini and add it to the pan. Season with peppers and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the zucchini is tender.

Step 5

Transfer the rice and chopped cilantro to the pan. Mix everything together, adding more salt or soy sauce if necessary.
