Description

A quick and spicy Thai dish. It can be served as a standalone dish or with noodles or rice.

Ingredients

  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Pork Blood 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Roasted Peanuts 0 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
  • Pad Thai Sauce to taste
  • Oregano a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper on the tip of a knife
  • Ground coriander on the tip of a knife
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the pork into thin strips about 5 cm long. Then marinate in a bowl with egg white, spices (you can use a ready-made mix), and soy sauce, mix well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the onion, cut it into small pieces or strips, and chop the garlic.

Step 3

Remove the marinated meat and drain any excess marinade. In a wok or skillet, heat the oil and fry the meat for 4–5 minutes, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Then use a slotted spoon to transfer the meat to a plate lined with paper to drain the oil.

Step 4

Next, in the same pan, fry the onion for about 4 minutes, then add the fried meat, chopped garlic, peanuts, drizzle with Tabasco sauce and a tablespoon of soy sauce, and fry for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly.
