- Pork Blood 4 pieces
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 2 tablespoons
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Butter 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Brush the pork neck steaks with olive oil.
Step 2
Season the meat with herbs de Provence on both sides.
Step 3
Place the steaks on a hot grill pan.
Step 4
After 3 minutes, flip them over.
Step 5
After another 2 minutes, flip again and slightly reduce the heat.
Step 6
After 3–4 minutes, flip the steaks and remove from heat.
Step 7
Wrap the meat in foil and spread butter on top.
Step 8
Cover the meat with foil.
Step 9
Place the pork in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Bake at 355°F.
