Spicy Pork
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into 5 equal pieces (approximately 100 g each), making the cutlets as thin as possible.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the cutlets on it.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and place them on the meat.
Step 5
Peel the garlic, mince it, and mix it with mayonnaise, then spread this mixture over the tomatoes.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on top.
Step 7
Bake for about 15–20 minutes in the oven at 180–390°F.
