Spicy Pancake Lasagna
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Frozen spinach discs 20 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the flour with the milk, add 2 eggs, and salt. Knead a liquid batter. Cook thin pancakes.
Step 2
Sauté the ground chicken. Dice the tomatoes and onion, and slice the chili peppers. Sauté the onion, add the spinach, and simmer for 4 minutes (until the spinach is soft). Add the tomatoes and peppers, pour in the broth, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the cheese. Add half of the cheese to the spinach mixture, and beat in 3 eggs. Layer the pancakes and filling in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 390°F.
