- Tomatoes 2 pieces

- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Turnips 3 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Onion 3 heads
- Salt to taste

Step 1
For the marinade, finely chop the garlic, lemon zest, and herbs. Add the remaining marinade ingredients, pour in 2 tablespoons of water, and mix.

Brush the fish fillet with the marinade, place it in a non-reactive dish, cover with a lid, and marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 3
After that, place the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes, carrots, and onions on the fish, season with salt, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with herbs. Bake the fish for 20 minutes at 390°F, basting with the juices as needed.
