Description

Spicy Grilled Pork Ribs in Beer

Ingredients

  • Harissa ¾ cup
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
  • Pork Skewers 25 oz
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Beer 25 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix harissa, lemon juice, and garlic.

Step 2

Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat dry. Rub both sides with salt and pepper, then generously coat with the harissa mixture. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8-24 hours.

Step 3

Preheat the grill.

Step 4

Place the ribs on an oiled grill grate, bone side down, and cook, basting with beer every 10 minutes, for about 40-50 minutes until done. Try not to damage the harissa crust while basting with beer. Serve with a green salad.
