Ingredients
- Pork Neck 25 oz
- Pickles 0 oz
- Habanero Pepper 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1½ tablespoons
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Cheshire Cheese 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Chili Flakes to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the pickles.
Step 2
Finely chop the jalapeño.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Place the sour cream in a bowl.
Step 5
Add the mayonnaise and mustard.
Step 6
Mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Add the pickles and jalapeño to the sauce.
Step 8
Grate the cheddar cheese.
Step 9
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Place the meat in the pan.

When the meat is browned, flip it and season with salt.

After 2 minutes, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Reduce the heat to low. Remove the lid and flip again.

Spread the sauce over the meat.

Add the tomatoes on top.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Allow the cheese to melt under the lid for a few minutes on low heat. Transfer to a plate and serve. Optionally, season with chili flakes.
